If you’re into photography and are looking for an enjoyable day out in London in 2021, I highly recommend this year’s Photo London Exhibition which is being held at Somerset House between Thursday 9th and Sunday 12th September 2021 (with one earlier preview day on the 8th). Even if photography isn’t your main interest, the images on display are a form of art in their own right so can be enjoyed by anyone who has a broad appreciation of art, regardless of what guise it takes.

What is Photo London?

Photo London is an annual photography exhibition that’s usually held every year in May. However, due to the current situation, the event has been moved back to September. It features work by some of the world’s most renowned photographers and you can also see images being displayed by prestigious photography galleries and publishers. In addition, there’s a special “Discovery” section that features new talent alongside other up-and-coming galleries in the world of photography.

Where, when, and how much?

As mentioned above, the Photo London event runs from the 8th to 12th September 2021 and is taking place at Somerset House, Strand, London WC2R 1LA, which is within easy reach of the Covent Garden/Temple/Holborn/Embankment tube.
